Welcome to Paatli Fort Estate Resort. We are delighted to host you at our eco-conscious property where nature, culture, and community are at the heart of everything we do. Kindly read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your stay:

    Sustainable Philosophy

  • We are a proudly eco-friendly retreat. Our operations are aligned with sustainable tourism practices and minimal environmental impact.
  • We do not offer lavish buffets or extravagant amenities. Instead, we focus on mindful living and meaningful connections.

    Cuisine & Dining

  • All meals are lovingly prepared using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
  • We serve local and traditional farm to table dining in a curated and wholesome manner. Buffet-style meals are not provided to reduce food waste.
  • Kindly inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies.

    Amenities

  • Our resort intentionally does not offer luxury or modern indulgences such as spas, swimming pools, or room service of any food.
  • Instead, we offer rustic comfort, clean accommodation, and a peaceful atmosphere that brings you closer to nature.
  • Wi-Fi may be limited or unavailable in some areas to encourage digital detox and deeper connection with surroundings.

    Experiential Stays

  • Guests are encouraged to participate in local experiences like nature walks, village visits, cooking sessions, farming activities, or cultural storytelling.
  • All experiences are subject to availability and weather conditions.

    Family & Group Conduct

  • Our resort is family-friendly. We encourage guests to engage in respectful and responsible behavior at all times.
  • Noise levels should be kept low, especially after 9:00 PM to respect fellow guests and local wildlife.

    Booking & Cancellation

  • Full payment or a minimum deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival are eligible for a full refund or future booking adjustments.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may be subject to partial or no refund.

    Environmental Practices

  • Single-use plastics are strictly prohibited. We provide natural spring water and request guests to bring reusable bottles.
  • Linen and towel changes are done every third day to conserve water—unless specifically requested.
  • In order to avoid single use plastic & wastage, we do not provide personalised toiletries, dental kit or shaving kit. Please carry your own set of shampoo, conditioner, dental & shaving kit.
  • Waste segregation bins are provided—please use them responsibly.

    Liability & Safety

  • While we maintain high safety standards, guests are responsible for their own belongings and well-being.
  • The resort is surrounded by nature; please take care when exploring trails or interacting with wildlife.

    Pets

  • Pets are not allowed in the resort. Please manage to leave your pet back at home as we do not allow pets inside resort.

    Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: 12:00 Noon | Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.
  • For your safety, we kindly request all guests to check-in before 6:00 PM, as the route to the resort involves crossing a dense forest area that can be challenging to navigate after dark.
  • If you anticipate a late arrival, please inform us in advance. Kindly note that late check-in will be at your own risk, and we may have limited assistance available beyond regular hours.
